  • Verify email addresses for deliverability
  • Filter and export lead data in various formats
  • Access our services via web interface or API

2. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

  • • Market research and competitive analysis
  • • Recruiting and talent acquisition
  • • Influencer marketing campaigns
  • • Business development activities

Prohibited Uses

  • • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • • Harassment or stalking individuals
  • • Fraud, scams, or illegal activities
  • • Reselling raw data without adding value
  • • Violating Instagram TOS on their platform

You are solely responsible for your use of the data. Ensure your outreach complies with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and platform policies.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pay-per-result: You only pay for verified, valid leads. Invalid emails and catch-all emails (without deep verification) are not charged.
  • No subscriptions: We operate on a pay-as-you-go model. No recurring charges without your explicit action.
  • Refund policy: If less than 70% of delivered leads have valid contact data, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Volume pricing: Larger orders qualify for automatic volume discounts as displayed on our pricing page.

4. Data & Privacy

Our data collection and privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We only collect publicly available data from public Instagram profiles
  • We do not require or use Instagram login credentials
  • We do not bypass any security or authentication systems
  • Lead data is retained for 30 days then automatically deleted

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • No guarantee of availability: Instagram may change their platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to data.
  • Data accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of contact information as it depends on what users publicly share.
  • Third-party responsibility: We are not responsible for how you use the data obtained through our service. You must comply with all applicable laws.
  • Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the issue.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in prohibited uses as defined above
  • Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our systems
  • Fail to pay for services rendered

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
